Oksana Gipp, President and Founder, oksanag@orphanslink.org

Born in Germany, Raised in Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia, immigrated to the U.S. almost 15 years ago. She holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Foreign Economic relations. Ms Gipp brings a combination of corporate marketing, business development, and non-profit experience. She is a networker by nature and passionate about developing networks in reaching out to the orphans in the world. Oksana has been very involved with teens and orphan life enrichments organizations and ministries. For the past six year Oksana has been part of Angels from Abroad ministry hosted by Buckner International (See VIDEO here) .
 

Michael Gipp, Treasurer and Secretary, mikeg@orphanslink.org

Mike brings eleven years of business experience in corporate finance. Highly supportive of his wife’s aspirations to build a world organization reaching out to many children at risk. He is an MBA graduate from University of Texas at Dallas with the concentration in corporate finance.
 

Melody McIntosh, Vice President, melodym@orphanslink.org

Melody holds a B.S. in Guidance and Counseling, University of North Texas.  Crisis counselor for PBHC, Dallas,  an employees assistance's program.  Developed and successfully implemented a Parent Education Program for the Lewisville School District called "The Parent Connection".  GED Test proctor for 3 years for the LISD.  Served as a Board member for the LISD Community Education "Adult Education" Program.  Chaired the "Parent University" for 2  years for the LISD,  a one day seminar for parents to attend a variety of sessions relating to various parenting issues.  Served as Treasurer for the Denton County Counsel on Parenting and at Risk Children.
 

Tom Evans, Director, Community Centers Development, tome@orphanslink.org

Tom has 20 plus years Administrator with private, non-profit agencies including residential treatment programs and ministry related services. Most recent employment was with the Medicaid Insurance Re certification Unit of the Texas Human Services Commission.  During career in the non-profit sector included direct oversight of multiple non-profit, corporate subsidiaries, establishment of policies and procedures and operations manuals and implementation of multiple training programs.  As administrator, Mr. Evans was responsible for facilities management, building design, and construction oversight, budgeting, and purchase of supplies and equipment, and oversight of company contracts with various Texas counties and state agencies.  With regard to fund raising and development, Mr. Evans secured and supervised multiple competitive and non-competitive private, state and federal grants and participated in board level leadership of several local and state associational boards.
